WHAT WE OFFER

We offer weekly sessions that cover a range of ages, from five-year old beginners up to under twelves who are starting to advance their skills. All of our sessions on a weekly basis are not gender specific, and cater for girls and boys.

Our Centre of Excellence is designed for players that have been identified through our Primary School sessions, and have showed a level of talent and potential that we feel could lead to them taking their basketball more seriously. The Centre of Excellence aims to bridge the gap between beginners and National League Basketball, traditionally with Ipswich Basketball Club, who start their age group National League Basketball at u12 (Year seven). Multiple players who’s career started at our Centre of Excellence, now play either professionally or in the States at the College level.

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Our ‘Elite Camps’ run every holiday, and are aimed at players that already play basketball at a competitive level. Despite being based in Ipswich, and working closely with Ipswich Basketball Club, our camps are not exclusive to one club. Our aim is to provide an elite basketball experience, that not only works with aspiring young players, but aims to educate young players, male and female, what it takes to be a performance level player, and how to take their development, both physically and mentally, to the next level.

We have been running holiday activities since we were founded over a decade ago, and our variety of camps have proven to be an enormous success, becoming part of the ‘DNA’ of the basketball community in the East Region, with players attending from far and wide.

Previously branded as ‘Basketball for Beginners’. Our weekly sessions will be starting after October half term in 2021. The ‘Little Stars’ sessions is aimed at young people who are just starting their basketball journey, from ages five to ten.

The Playground2Pro Summer Camp offers young basketball players the opportunity to develop their skills in the most intense, fun and exciting environment imaginable. The camp is a full wekk of basketball, all day every day and is open to anyone between the ages of 8-19 and caters for all ranges of ability, from our ‘Little Stars’ to our most ‘Elite’ players.
