HOLIDAY CAMPS | REFUND POLICY

All sales/transactions are final.
Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase. All sales are considered final but are eligible for a refund if cancellation is requested BEFORE the first day of activity. We do not offer refunds/part refunds or credit for a change in circumstances. However, we may consider refunds, prior to the start of an activity in exceptional circumstances.
Refunds.
Any purchases are fully refundable provided it is before the start date/week of camp in question. Full weeks will be refunded, up to and including the day before the activity. We do not offer refunds because of a ‘change in situation’ after the camp has commenced. We do not offer partial refunds of any description. We will offer a refund when a customer cancels their booking prior to the start date.
