The Centre of Excellence aims to bridge the gap between beginners and National League Basketball, traditionally with Ipswich Basketball Club, who start their age group National League Basketball at U13.

Multiple players who’s career started at our Centre of Excellence now play either professionally or in the United States at College level.

Our Little Stars sessions are aimed at those young people who have shown an interest and flair for basketball beyond the session we run across Ipswich in Primary Schools.

The Little Stars session aims to equip young people with the necessary skills to advance towards our holiday camps, U13 Centre of Excellence and eventually, Ipswich Basketball Club.

Harriet Welham is a professional basketball player and coach and is one of our ambassadors for Playground2Pro.

Harriet’s playing CV speaks for itself, and her ‘Elite Skills Sessions’ are aimed at those players already playing National League, and taking their basketball development seriously.

These sessions operate on a first come, first served basis and run in half termly blocks.
